As SVP, Veralto Enterprise System and High Growth Markets, Scott is responsible for the foundational business system that drives Veralto. He and his team advance continuous improvement and innovation across the business and help Veralto’s companies deploy the Veralto Enterprise System to operationalize key processes, including managing energy and minimizing waste.
Scott originally joined Danaher in 2005 as a Product Manager for Videojet, where he later served as Director of Sales & Marketing. He went on to serve as Business Unit Manager and General Manager at Dynapar and President of Thomson Linear. In these roles he gained significant experience driving continuous improvement and leading teams through acquisitions and divestitures.
Scott is passionate about sustainability and oversaw the environment, health, and safety (EHS) team that piloted energy and water consumption monitoring methods for all plants globally at Thomson Linear. He also serves as the executive sponsor for Veralto’s Todos Associate Resource Group.
Scott holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and both an MBA and a Masters in Engineering Management from Northwestern University. He lives in Wilmette, Illinois with his wife and children.
