As SVP and Chief Information Officer, Paxton is responsible for Veralto’s information technology functions, working closely with the corporate team, segments, and operating companies to enable strategy and deliver technology capabilities. He and his team maintain a secure environment for Veralto’s products, data, and systems to effectively support business objectives and customer needs. He brings deep expertise in digital, commercial, agile, and IT organizational transformations at global and enterprise scale.
Paxton joins Veralto from Medtronic, where he most recently served as Vice President of IT and CIO of the $6.5B Surgical Innovations Operating Unit. Over the course of more than 11 years at Medtronic, he worked on some of the largest deals in medtech history and has experience supporting the IT function through divestitures and integrations.
Paxton participates as an ally for Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) at Veralto and served as an executive sponsor for the Women in IT employee advocacy group at Medtronic. He holds a BA in Business from Otterbein University and an MBA from The Ohio State University. He lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife and son.
